Q: What’s the lead time?
A: Standard rolls and sheets typically ship in ~25 days. Please allow an extra 1–2 weeks for PSA backing, heat lamination, or looping.
Q: Can I get samples?
A: Yes. We provide sample sheets/rolls in various densities, colors, and textures.
Q: Can you adjust softness/hardness or color?
A: Yes. We tune formulation and expansion to hit your Shore C target and can color-match to your sample or Pantone.
Q: Is PE–EVA foam recyclable?
A: Yes. Closed-cell PE/EVA foam can be recycled where facilities exist. We also recycle our production offcuts.
Q: Can you produce from my CAD file?
A: Yes. With only minor edits required, we can usually start sample production within about two weeks.
