Closed cells do not soak up water, so the sheet stays light and does not hold water on deck. The foam is soft and grippy underfoot, wet or dry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fabricators buy it as sheet, then cut swim platform pads, helm pads, cooler tops and full deck kits from it. A two-layer build has one colour on top and another below; when you route a line or logo into the top layer, the lower colour shows through.
