Frequently Asked Questions About EVA Slipper Material
What is the lead time for custom EVA foam?
For standard rolls and sheets, typical lead time is about 25 days for shipping. If you need extras—such as PSA backing, heat lamination, or looping—please allow an additional 1–2 weeks.
May I receive samples to test the quality?
Yes. We can provide EVA foam sheets/rolls in a range of colors and textures for evaluation.
Can EVA foam be made softer or harder?
Yes. By adjusting formulation and expansion rate, we can produce EVA in different softness/firmness levels. We can also color-match to your sample or Pantone code.
Can EVA foam be recycled?
EVA foam can be recycled where facilities exist. We also recycle our offcuts to reduce waste.
Can you develop an EVA foam product from my CAD file?
Yes. With a ready prototype and CAD file, and if only minor revisions are needed, we can typically start sample production in about 2 weeks.
