An EVA puzzle mat is a set of square foam tiles with interlocking teeth on every side, so the tiles join into one floor without glue. These are the options we make.

Where Puzzle Mats Are Used
The same interlocking EVA tile is used in very different rooms. Tile size, thickness and surface change with the use.
Children’s and baby play mats
30 x 30 cm picture sets make a childrens play mat or baby play mat for home play corners, nurseries and daycare rooms. The foam is soft to crawl on and the tiles lift out for cleaning. Add a foam fence to make a closed play area.
Living rooms and playrooms
Wood-grain laminated tiles look like a wooden floor but stay soft underfoot, so they suit mats that stay out in a family room.
Gym mats and floor tiles

SANSD (Fujian) Plastic Co., Ltd. has foamed EVA in Jinjiang, Fujian since 1982, on 50 foaming lines. Puzzle mats are foamed, cut, printed and packed in the same plant, so we control colour and thickness on every order ourselves.
Your puzzle mats can be tested to EN 71 for Europe and to ASTM F963 and CPSIA for the United States. For Germany and the rest of the EU we make formamide-free EVA, as EU toy rules limit formamide in foam toys. Our factory has passed Walmart factory audits, and REACH and SGS reports are issued on request.
