What EVA shoe materials do you make?

SANSD makes textured and embossed EVA outsole sheet for sandals, flip-flops and casual shoes, and closed-cell higher-density EVA sheet for midsoles. Slipper soles and orthopedic foam each have their own pages. Every material is foamed, embossed and cut in our own plant in Jinjiang, Fujian, China.

What thicknesses and sheet sizes are available?

Sheet is made from 1 mm up to 90 mm thick. The standard sheet is 1.2 m x 2.4 m, and other widths and lengths are cut to order.

Can you emboss our own outsole pattern?

Yes. The pattern is pressed into the EVA by an embossing plate while the sheet is made, so it is part of the sole rather than a printed finish. Send a sample of the sole you use now and we match the plate, or make a new plate for your own pattern.

Do you sell cut soles as well as sheet?

Yes. Send a paper pattern, a drawing or a sole you already buy and we make a steel-rule die and cut the outsoles or midsoles for you. Soles for cotton and plush slippers are covered on our EVA slipper sole page, thin soles for hotel and disposable slippers on our hotel slipper sole page, and material for corrective footwear on our orthopedic foam page.

Can you match the colour and hardness of the outsole or midsole we use now?

Yes. Send a sample and we match the colour and foam to the same hardness, then send you a free sample to approve before production starts.

What are the lead time and the minimum order?

Lead time is 25 days from confirmed specification and approved sample. The minimum depends on thickness, colour and pattern, and is confirmed with the quotation. Samples are free and quotations are returned within one business hour.
